For check of the machine accuracy we use ballbar test, which allows to monitor the accuracy of the movement of machines to 0,005 mm with a resolution of 0.001 mm. The collected data is then creates a diagram that shows the precision machinery. Deviation in squareness or accuracy of the machine is illustrated in the form of distorted circles. Copies of this measure is attached to each machine and ensures its accuracy and correct settings.
